Generate leads and identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online prospecting. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and current customers, emphasizing value and benefits. Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to clients, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of the offerings. Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and maximizing revenue. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are beneficial for both parties. Handle objections and address customer concerns to turn potential rejections into sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system. Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
