1.Executive Support
o Efficiently manage and maintain the executives' calendars, scheduling meetings,
appointments, and travel arrangements.
o Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and presentations to ensure
smooth executive operations.
o Handle confidential documents and communications with the utmost discretion and
professionalism.
2.Communication
o Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and both internal and
external stakeholders, representing Golden Collection's professional image.
o Screen phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect them appropriately.
o Draft, proofread, and send emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the executives,
ensuring clear and concise communication
Office Administration
o Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient workflows, maintaining a high
standard of organization.
o Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems that reflect Golden
Collection’s values of precision and efficiency.
o Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement, ensuring the smooth operation
of the company’s administrative functions.
Event & Meeting Coordination
o Plan and schedule internal and external meetings, handling all logistics, including
venue and catering arrangements.
o Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops that align with
the company's goals and image.
Project & Travel Assistance
o Support management in tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to
meet company goals.
o Assist in preparing reports and conducting project analysis, providing valuable
insights to management.
o Arrange detailed travel itineraries, accommodations, and international travel,
ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
o Process expense reports and assist with budgeting, adhering to company guidelines.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience:
3+ years in an executive assistant or similar administrative role,
preferably in a marketing agency or customer service environment.
• Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or
a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
o Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Fluency Required).
o High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite and various productivity tools.
o Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
