Estimation manager

Manage the estimating and markting staff to effectively and efficiently prepare material and services estimates and generate proposals for same to contractor customers, and to motivate, train, and coach estimating and sales personnel, all with the goal of maximizing opportunities for profitable sales of Harris Rebar products and services. Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. At least eight years of experience as a rebar estimator or equivalent construction/field estimating experience At least three years of supervisory experience At least three years in infrastructure projects ( Water,Electrical,Telecom )
