- E-Store Operations
- Oversee day-to-day e-store operations on Salla or Zid, including product listing, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with relevant teams (logistics, customer service, finance) to streamline order processing and fulfillment.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, payment gateways, and shipping partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Product & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate product information (descriptions, images, prices) and ensure the inventory levels are up to date.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to forecast demand, plan inventory, and minimize stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Digital Marketing & Promotion
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media) to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and grow sales.
- Set up and manage promotional campaigns and discount strategies aligned with brand guidelines and sales goals.
- Customer Experience & Support
- Monitor user experience on the platform, ensuring smooth navigation, checkout, and customer service.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, traffic sources, and customer engagement.
- Use insights to optimize product offerings, website layout, and marketing campaigns, driving continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure the e-store is compliant with Saudi Arabia’s e-commerce regulations, including data privacy, consumer protection, and online payment standards.
- Stay updated on changes in local policies, VAT requirements, and other regulations affecting e-commerce.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Product Divisions) to align on initiatives and ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
- Lead and mentor junior e-commerce staff or cross-functional team members as needed.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record using Salla or Zid platforms.
- Demonstrated success in driving e-commerce growth, optimizing user experience, and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Reporting skills to streamline the performance of the projects and e-stores.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salla or Zid administration, including product management, plugin integration, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of online payment systems, logistics integrations, and KSA regulations related to e-commerce.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Leadership and team management experience is preferred.
