Digital Strategy & Campaign ManagementDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with CareComm’s business objectives and growth targets.Plan and manage integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.Align digital initiatives with sales and business development teams to support lead generation and conversion.Performance Marketing & Lead GenerationManage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate qualified leads.Track campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize ROI and cost per lead.Design and manage landing pages, funnels, and lead capture journeys.Content & Brand PresenceOversee digital content creation (website, blogs, social media, email campaigns) to strengthen brand positioning.Ensure messaging reflects CareComm’s value proposition, professionalism, and service credibility.Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and visual identity across platforms.Analytics & ReportingMonitor KPIs such as traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and CAC.Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards to track results.Website & SEOCoordinate website updates to ensure SEO best practices and conversion optimization.Work on keyword strategies, on-page SEO, and content optimization to improve organic visibility.Collaborate with developers or external vendors when needed.Compliance & Quality AwarenessEnsure all digital communications comply with industry standards, data privacy, and brand guidelines.Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all public-facing content, especially for B2B and regulated audiences.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, service-based, healthcare, or technology-driven environments.Proven experience in lead generation and performance-driven digital campaigns.Technical SkillsStrong experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing funnels.Experience using analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems).Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).Core CompetenciesCommercial and results-oriented mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate data into actionable insights.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.Attention to detail and quality-driven approach.
