· Assist in the implementation and execution of marketing analytics tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Kochava, etc. · Ensure accurate and timely data collection, interpretation, and analysis, and use data-driven insights to steer the marketing strategy and decision-making. · Work with the Digital Trading and Merchandising team to optimize digital trading and merchandising plans based on traffic forecasting by source, ongoing digital marketing budget spending and efficiency. · Collaborate with the Business Data Analytics team to define, create, continuously analyze/test/enhance automated communication workflows to existing Guests in order to maximize retained revenue. · Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics and testing, and proactively identify new opportunities to improve the digital marketing strategy. Data collection and Analysis: · Lead and manage the implementation and execution of analytics tools and platforms, including session replay, heatmapping, user feedback, and conversion rate optimization tools. · Ensure accurate and timely data collection, interpretation, and analysis, and use data-driven insights to steer product strategy and decision-making. · Support the Digital Analytics Manager to review documentation related to data collection and tracking implementation before it has handed over to the product and development teams. · Partner with the external analytics agency to analyze and report on key metrics related to digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, app install campaigns, social media, SEO, CRM (Email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging) · Conduct data analysis and visualization to develop insights into customer behavior, preferences and trends, and use these insights to optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns. · Collaborate with the Digital Analytics Manager and external analytics / digital marketing agencies to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the different digital marketing channels. Optimization and Testing: · Collaborate with the Digital Analytics Manager to develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing plans to improve website/mobile application engagement and conversion rates for the different digital product capabilities and for the different marketing channels and sources of traffic. · Monitor and analyze test results and make recommendations to improve performance. · Work closely with the Digital Analytics Manager to ensure that all testing is properly tracked and measured. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. · 3+ years of experience in digital analytics with a focus on conversion rate optimization · Strong background in working closely with digital marketing and/or product development teams in an ecommerce high volume environment. · Understanding of digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, social media, organic, direct, and CRM (Email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging). · Experience with A/B and multivariate testing. · Experience with reporting and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. · MS Office Suite, advanced MS Excel user · In-depth knowledge of product analytics tools and platforms, including Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, UXCam, or similar · In-depth knowledge of digital analytics tools and/or mobile measurement platforms, including Google Analytics, Kochava, etc.
