Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus)
PMP® Certification or equivalent project management training is strongly preferred
Professional Engineering License is a plus
12–15 years of progressive experience in construction and infrastructure project management, including:
Planning, design coordination, execution, and close-out phases
Large-scale infrastructure projects with public or private sector clients
Proven experience in handling:
Project scope, budget, and schedule control
Risk management and maintaining/updating project risk registers
Preparing and reviewing project documentation, progress reports, and technical submittals
Invoicing processes and coordination with authorities and clients
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and construction project methodologies
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent)
Familiarity with contractual documentation, claims management, and variation orders
High proficiency in handling testing & commissioning procedures and documentation
Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards related to infrastructure projects
