Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers after product/service delivery. -Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback. -Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. -Record customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system. -Resolve complaints or escalate serious issues to the appropriate department. -Provide product/service information and assist customers with troubleshooting. Requirements -Experience for 1 year at least in a call center or customer service role. -Bachelor’s degree in any related field. -Experience with Excel and word.
