Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients through field visits, networking, and cold calls.

  • Conduct in-person meetings with prospective and existing clients to present products/services and understand their needs.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service in line with company guidelines.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager.

  • Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image at all times.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.



Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in an outdoor or field-based role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
