Civil Engineer

Support Resident Engineer in managing daily construction activities on-site. Hands on experience on construction of major roads, utilities and traffic management. Ensure Contractor's compliance with construction documents and regulations.Assist in reviewing Contractor’s submissions (shop drawings, materials, RFIs).Provide on-site direction and guidance for construction activities.Supervise site inspection staff as directed by Resident Engineer/ARE.Measure and assess work completed on-site.Enforce safety standards and practices on-site.Report project updates and issues to Resident Engineer/ARE.Monitor contractor’s resource allocation and workforce productivity.Assist in preparing and reviewing project close-out documentation.Participate in health and safety initiatives as required.RequirementsDegree in Civil EngineeringMinimum of 7 years experiencePrior experience in construction supervision or operation and maintenance of roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects  in the UAE/GCC Be fully computer literate and proficient in using technology to access data, maintain records, and generate reports.Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Demonstrate strong technical writing abilities.
