• Develop and lead investment feasibility models for Western Region
mega projects from project initiation to execution.
• Develop and present investment committee packs for various stagegate submissions to the board of directors.
• Support development team in maximizing project returns by
enhancing project efficiency and cost optimization.
• Assess Real Estate development opportunities aspects considering
the market dynamics.
• Preparing the financial models and feasibility studies and capital
structure Perform.
• Manage the whole design process (concept, schematic & detailed
design).
• Set project timeline & identify the project’s action plan.
• Cash flow management, financial performance & budget monitoring
throughout the project life cycle.
• Prepare regular reports on progress, market research on real estate
market, economics, etc.
• Securing financing for real estate projects.
• Equity Valuation and Financial Statement Analysis.
• Engage with stakeholders to align on strategy.
• HBU, Portfolio, and Investment Analysis.
• Leading the consultancy services and third parties
• Participate in preparing the investment plan of the company in line
with its vision, strategy, implementation, follow-up, and review.
• Prepare executive summaries of the investment studies to be
presented to the relevant investors.
• Set up several scenarios to reach the highest return on investment.
• Responsible for the financing portfolio of the company’s projects:
communicating with financing entities, meeting financing requirements and
conditions, preparing expected cash flows and projecting financing terms
into the financial model.
• Coordination with some relevant external parties such as consulting
offices specialized in feasibility studies, as well as accredited companies in
the field of real estate valuation
Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years of experience on above.
CFA holder.
Potential candidates meet the requirements mentioned below:
Excellent and persuasive communication skills (reading, writing,
presentation).
Financial acumen for analytical insights into financials and understanding of
markets and strategies to make investment decisions.
Relationship building and management skills.
Regulatory knowledge.
Experience with investment banks.
Should have a deep understanding of various investment products such as
stocks, bonds, real estate, private equity, hedge funds, and alternatives with
more focus on real estate sector.
