Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities. • Prepare effective technical and financial proposals along with delivering detailed corporate presentations to prospect clients Establish and maintain a customer relations management database. • Carry out (and update) registrations on digital platforms for prospect and existing clients. • Review and Understand Tender Documents. • Review Project specifications and requirements. • Take role in the writing of technical and financial proposals. • Provide and develop cost estimates for proposal submissions. • Administer new markets, identify requirement for prospective markets, and develop new products and services. • Monitor competitor business and assist to increase revenue for processes. • Generating reports identifying market opportunities and strategic approach. • Prepare necessary meeting documents and recording minutes of the meeting. • Understand and analyze tender documents and its requirements. • Develop proposals and identify proposal requirement. (Technical & Financial). • Review and/or Prepare contracts for clients. • Assemble all presentation materials and maintain all business development materials. • Analyze business requirements and develop long term and short-term strategies. • Develop good customer relationship through phone calls, visits, follow-up and emails. Requirements 5+ years of experience as B2B business developer or leasing executive. Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering / Engineering Management. presentable. Selling skills. preferred from Giza residence.
