Back-End Developer

· Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic. · Develop, customize, and maintain internal ERP systems, including module customization/optimization. · Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. · Design and develop web-based solutions using both front-end and back-end technologies. · Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to coding standards. · Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support a culture of continuous improvement. · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth performance and functionality of internal ERP systems, hosted websites, ETL tools and other internal and client relevant systems. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. · At least 3 years of professional experience in software development. · Working experience with ERP platforms (incl. development, customization, and modules implementation). · Proven expertise with Salesforce, Odoo, Hubspot platforms will be considered a plus. · Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Pyramid. · Solid understanding of JavaScript, PHP, HTML5, and CSS3. · Professional experience in backend technologies (like Java, Kotlin, Go, etc.) · Fluent with RESTful APIs and JSON for front-end and back-end communication and 3rd party integrations. · Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices. · Hands-on experience with ETL tools, particularly Apache NiFi. · Proficiency in English is a must.
