Assistant Cost Controller

· Understand the entire Solution Division of the business and how productivity impacts profitability.· Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize the cost.· Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures.· Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals.· Work in conjunction with all department heads (warehouse, Freight Forwarding, Gateway and Transportation) toensure maximum profitability.· Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections.· Provide monthly financial analysis of (warehouse, Freight Forwarding, Gateway and Transportation).· Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality.· Present new strategies and assessments to business heads in a compelling fashionRequirements· Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.· Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems.· Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads.· Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
