3D Modeling & Design SupportAssist in creating basic 3D models, textures, and simple environments.Support senior designers in preparing 3D assets for projects and presentations.Make revisions and updates to existing 3D models based on feedback.Rendering & VisualizationProduce basic renders and visual outputs for digital platforms, presentations, or marketing materials.Assist in setting up lighting, materials, and cameras for renders.Asset Preparation & OrganizationPrepare 3D assets for use across different platforms or formats.Organize and maintain 3D files, textures, and project assets.Collaboration & LearningWork closely with designers, marketers, or developers to understand project requirements.Apply feedback constructively and continuously improve technical and creative skills.Follow brand guidelines and visual standards.RequirementsEducationDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of experience in 3D design or visualization.Academic projects, internships, or freelance work are acceptable.Technical SkillsBasic knowledge of 3D software such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or Cinema 4D.Basic understanding of modeling, texturing, and rendering workflows.Familiarity with simple lighting and material setup.Basic knowledge of Photoshop or similar tools for texture editing is a plus.Skills & CompetenciesStrong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.Good visual sense and attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and design briefs.Time management and ability to meet deadlines.Team player with good communication skills.
